The app pays homage to my fav new tab app, that stopped functioning because it was never updated. The app comes with right click menu to edit the name of the bookmark, delete and some others. One can drag the bookmark and to reorder it, or drop it into folder. It deals with your bookmakrs, just drop the ones you need in a folder, select it as a root folder, and th app will use yours. No need for accounts to sync or anything. Yours is yours.
