Расширение браузера, осуществляет подключение к nativ messaging host и является прокси для отправки сообщений.
Nativ Messaging Host, в зависимости от полученных данных в сообщение осуществляет подписание/дешифрование содержимого файла, переданного в сообщении в формате base64 и возвращает результат проведенной операции.
