How it works:
1. You have Zendesk open in one tab.
2. You click a link to a ticket (e.g., from an email, Slack, or another tool).
3. TabGrab sees the new tab opening, grabs the URL, and sends it to your existing Zendesk tab.
4. The new tab closes, and your existing tab focuses instantly.
