- Zen Breathing — smooth, natural rhythm
- Box Breathing — 4-4-4-4, used by Navy SEALs for focus

Fully customizable

Zen Breath Supporter は、どのウェブページにも呼吸アニメーションをそっと重ねて表示する拡張機能です。タブを切り替えたり、アプリを開いたりする必要はありません。

⌨️ Alt+Shift+Z で即起動
ツールバーをクリックする必要もありません。どのページでも Alt+Shift+Z を押せばすぐに呼吸ガイドが現れます。もう一度押せば非表示。それだけです。

呼吸パターン
- Zen 呼吸 — なめらかで自然なリズム
- ボックス呼吸 — 4-4-4-4、集中力の回復に
- 4-7-8 呼吸 — 深いリラックスとストレス解消に
- リラックス呼吸 — ゆっくりとした吐息で自律神経を整える

自由にカスタマイズ
形（円・星・六角形など）、色、サイズ、表示位置、サイクル時間をお好みで設定できます。ライブプレビューで変更をその場で確認可能。
