Why we created this:
As avid YouTube viewers, we were constantly leaving dozens of videos open in tabs—videos we were halfway through watching, tutorials we needed to reference, or content we wanted to revisit later. All these open tabs not only slowed down our computers but created mental clutter and made finding specific content difficult.
YouTube TimeClip was born from this need: to save exactly where you left off in a video without keeping the tab open. By capturing precise timestamps, you can close YouTube tabs with confidence, knowing you can pick up exactly where you left off whenever you need—freeing up system resources and reducing tab overload.
How to use:
• On YouTube: Click the extension icon to bookmark the video at the current timestamp
• On any other website: Click to save a regular bookmark
• Use the popup to customize the bookmark title before saving
• Choose where to save your bookmarks in your bookmark structure
