Overview

YouTube Distorter: Administrative Access Deterrent

This extension is a specialized, client-side administrative tool designed for parents or guardians managing device usage. Its purpose is to render the primary YouTube website (youtube.com and www.youtube.com) unusable as a non-blocking digital deterrent.

The extension functions by injecting an aggressive, persistent CSS stylesheet that applies extreme, layered visual transformations to the entire web page:

Disorientation: The entire page is continuously rotated, inverted 180 degrees (upside down), and magnified 200%.

Unrecognizability: A severe 50-pixel Gaussian blur filter is applied, making all text, images, and video content unrecognizable.

Custom Overlay: A fixed text message is overlaid on the screen.

Privacy Note: This extension is a purely visual tool. It does not collect, store, transmit, or monitor any user data, browsing history, or personal information. Its effects are limited strictly to the YouTube domain.
