**Read the description without leaving fullscreen.**

YouTube Description Panel displays the video description as a fixed side panel whenever you enter theater mode (press `T`) or fullscreen mode. No more exiting fullscreen just to check a timestamp or a link.

**Features:**
- 📋 Description shown alongside the video — no need to scroll down
- ⏱ Clickable timestamps — jump to any chapter instantly
- 🔗 Clickable links open in a new tab
- ◀ ▶ Panel position: left or right side
- ↔ Adjustable panel width (240 px – 500 px)
- 🌙 Matches YouTube's dark theme
- Works in both **theater mode** and **fullscreen mode**

**How to use:**
1. Open any YouTube video
2. Press `T` to enter theater mode (or go fullscreen)
3. The description panel appears automatically on the right side
4. Use the extension popup to toggle, reposition, or resize the panel
