Version 1.0.3 Update

- To prevent the popup from slowing down when the block list becomes large, the popup now displays up to 100 blocked users. You can view the full list in “Manage blocked users.”
- Fixed an issue where replies did not reappear until refreshing the page after unblocking them.
- Improved block list storage stability. The app does not set a separate limit on the number of users you can block, but large block lists may still be affected by browser storage limits, so storage and display handling for large lists has been improved.
