𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗬 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧
Unlike web apps that ask for your Twitter password or OAuth tokens, X Heimdall works entirely inside your browser using your existing X login session — no data is ever sent to external servers.
• Zero external servers — no data is ever sent outside your device
• No OAuth — no third-party app access to your account
• Local storage only — scan results stay in Chrome's built-in storage
• Minimal permissions — only requests access to x.com, nothing else
• Open source (coming soon)
Your data stays yours. Period.

Built-in rate limiting protects your account from triggering X's spam detection:
• Automatic delays between API requests during scanning
• Throttled bulk unfollows (one action per 800ms)
• Rate-limit detection — if X throttles you, the extension pauses and tells you when to retry
• Request timeouts and error recovery built in

𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
Q: Does this work with the new X / Twitter?
A: Yes. X Heimdall is built specifically for x.com (formerly twitter.com) and works with the current 2025 version of the platform.
Q: Will I get banned for using this?
A: X Heimdall uses built-in rate limiting that mimics normal browsing speed. It does not spam the API or perform aggressive automation. That said, bulk-unfollowing hundreds of accounts in a short period is something you should do gradually.
Q: Does it need my password?
A: No. It uses your existing browser session — the same cookies your browser already has when you're logged into X. No passwords,
no tokens, no third-party access.
Q: How many accounts can it scan?
A: There is no hard limit. The extension paginates through your entire following list. For large lists (5,000+), the scan may take several minutes due to rate-limiting delays.
Q: Can I see who unfollowed ME?
A: Not currently. X Heimdall focuses on identifying accounts you follow that don't follow you back.
Q: Does it work on Twitter.com?
A: Twitter.com redirects to x.com, so yes — it works regardless of which URL you use.
