Overview
WOZTELL Inbox Assistant is a Chrome browser extension designed to enhance the user experience of the WOZTELL platform. It currently includes two core capabilities inside WOZTELL Inbox:
1. Translate incoming and outgoing messages directly in the inbox
2. AI-assisted replies with your prompt, using your chosen AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or DeepSeek)
3. Supports opening the Woztell Inbox page in the Side Panel, allowing you to continue your conversation with the customer via WhatsApp while the browser is open.
4. Added recognition of phone numbers on the page, and the ability to quickly start WhatsApp business conversations in the Woztell Inbox in the Side Panel.
Disclaimer: Your message content will be accessed only by the AI service you select, and all translations or AI-generated messages will be processed exclusively by your chosen provider.
This extension does not contain any transaction or payment functions.
How to configure
Install the Chrome extension, click the puzzle icon at the top-right corner of the browser, and find Woztell Assistant at your toolbar. Then, click the three-dot menu next to the extension and select options.
1. Translation: Select your translation output language. You can translate using Google Translate, or you could choose your AI provider for translation.
2. AI compose: Select your AI provider and enter your API key.
3. Click save to apply the settings.

In the current v2.0 version, we have added the ability to detect phone numbers on the page. If a phone number is detected, an icon will appear to the right of the phone number, indicating that clicking on the number will open the Woztell Inbox function in the Side Panel and allow you to directly initiate a WhatsApp Business conversation with the customer of that phone number.
