Overview
Tired of typing the same email and password every time you create a Workday
account for a job application? This extension does it for you.
This project is a open source work: https://github.com/iLee-x/workday-autofill-registrtion
HOW IT WORKS
- Visit any Workday job application page (*.myworkdayjobs.com)
- When a "Create Account" form appears, the extension automatically fills in
your email, password, and accepts the checkbox
- That's it — no extra clicks needed
FEATURES
- One-time setup: enter your email and password in the extension popup
- Works across all Workday job sites automatically
- Enable/disable with a single toggle
- Lightweight — only activates when the form is detected, no background
polling
PRIVACY & SECURITY
- Your credentials are stored locally in Chrome's built-in storage
- No data is sent to any external server
- No analytics or tracking
- Minimal permissions
IMPORTANT: Chrome's built-in storage is not encrypted. Anyone with access to
your computer or browser profile could potentially read stored data. We
strongly recommend using a unique password specifically for Workday accounts
— do NOT reuse a password you use for email, banking, or other sensitive
accounts.
PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
- Storage: to save your email and password locally
- Host access (myworkdayjobs.com): to detect and fill Workday account
creation forms
