FAQs:
1- The download button doesn't appear on the video, what's wrong?

Answer: Make sure that the page fully loads while you have the tab open and visible. Loading the page in a secondary tab will not activate the download button.
On some platforms like Skool, you need to reload the page again for the download button to appear.
Note: for protected videos where you'll need to enter your details or a password first before watching, the extension will not work.

2- The download button doesn't show on Skool even when I reload the page again. What should I do?

Answer: Not all Skool videos are hosted on Wistia. The owner of the course might have hosted his videos on another platform. This extension will only work for videos hosted on Wistia.
