Whatsgo Whatsapp Business

WhatsGo adds a local-first CRM and AI assistant panel directly inside WhatsApp Web for businesses that manage customer conversations from the browser. It helps track customer notes, tags, tasks, orders, coupons, campaigns, quick replies and AI response modes without requiring a separate dashboard domain.

The extension runs on web.whatsapp.com, keeps operational CRM actions local in the extension, stores selected business data in Supabase, and uses a Supabase Edge Function to connect to OpenRouter for AI responses. It is designed for teams that want a lightweight WhatsApp business workspace with controlled AI assistance, manual/suggestion/active response modes, and customer context visible while chatting.
