Wakeout turns your new tab into a wellness checkpoint — and an antidote to doomscrolling. Every time you open one, we ask a simple question: what do you need right now? Energy to push through your afternoon? Relief from back, neck, or shoulder pain? Sharper focus to tackle your next task? Pick an outcome and get a 60-second guided movement break, right at your desk.
EARN YOUR SCROLL — THE SITE BLOCKER
Block the sites that pull you out of flow (social media, YouTube, news, news aggregators). When you try to visit one during your work hours, Wakeout redirects you to a 60-second movement break. Complete it and the site unlocks for a configurable window (default 15 minutes). Your body becomes the key. Snooze if you must — Wakefield will judge you a little.
RECURRING MOVEMENT TIMER
Nudge yourself to stand and move every 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. Auto-restarts after each break. Respects your work hours and pauses during lunch.
