사용자가 서버의 주소를 입력하고 tap의 title에 타이어 시간을 표시 합니다.
사용자가 입력한 서버에서 int 숫자를 받아오고 숫자가 변하는 경우 timer을 초기화 합니다.
사용자기 입력하지 않을 경우 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
타이머가 종료 10초 전 페이지의 배경색을 1초 가격으로 10초 동안 변경하고
비프음을 10초 동안 재생합니다.
