Volume Preset 音量調節

- Adjusts volume per tab using AudioContext.
- Stores volume history per domain using local storage.
- Starts controlling volume when you click the extension icon.
- Applies exponential scaling to the volume slider to improve adjustment precision in low-volume ranges.
- Alt + V toggles the popup window display (shortcut can be customized).
- When the popup is visible, ← / → keys adjust the slider value.
- When the popup is visible, M key toggles mute ON/OFF.
- When the popup is visible, R key resets settings.

- 各タブに対して「AudioContext」を用いて個別に音量調節します。
- ローカルストレージを使用し、ドメイン単位で音量設定の履歴を保存します。
- 拡張機能のアイコンをクリックすると、音量制御が開始されます。
- 音量スライダーに指数関数スケーリングを適用し、小音量域での調整精度を向上させています。
- Alt + V でポップアップウィンドウの表示／非表示を切り替えます（ショートカットは設定で変更可能）。
- ポップアップウィンドウ表示中に ←／→キー でスライダーの値を調整できます。
- ポップアップウィンドウ表示中に Mキー でミュートの ON／OFF を切り替えます。
- ポップアップウィンドウ表示中に Rキー で設定をリセットします。
