Real-time flagging: VitalPlate Shopping Buddy reads the products on your Instacart screen and flags the ones that don't fit your plan as you browse — too much sodium, an ingredient you're avoiding, or a possible medication interaction — so you can swap before you check out instead of finding out later.
One-tap searches: It turns your VitalPlate shopping list into one-tap Instacart searches: tap any item on your list and it drops straight into Instacart's search box, so finding everything is a breeze.
Note: The companion runs only on Instacart and uses your VitalPlate plan solely to score what's on the page. A VitalPlate account is required.
