How it works:
1. Click the extension icon in your toolbar
2. Set your preferred global speed using the dropdown
3. Optionally, add site-specific overrides for domains where you want a different speed
4. That's it — the extension remembers your settings and applies them automatically

Site-specific rules take priority. If you set a global speed of 1.5x but add youtube.com at 2x, all YouTube videos will play at 2x while every other site uses 1.5x. Domain matching supports subdomains too — a rule for youtube.com also covers www.youtube.com and m.youtube.com.
