IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUTUBE:
In strict compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies and YouTube's Terms of Service, this extension CANNOT and DOES NOT download videos from YouTube. It is technically restricted from processing YouTube's proprietary streaming architecture.

WHY WE NEED THESE PERMISSIONS:
To provide this functionality, Video Saver requires the following permissions:
- "webRequest" & "host_permissions" (<all_urls>): Strictly necessary to monitor network traffic to detect m3u8 manifests and video content-types, and to bypass CORS restrictions when fetching video segments from third-party CDNs.
- "downloads": Required to save the finalized video file to your local computer.
- "offscreen": Required to process and merge large video files in the background without crashing the browser due to memory limits.
- "tabs": Used to read the title of the active tab to suggest a relevant filename for the downloaded video.
- "storage": Used to temporarily store the video manifest URL for the current session.
