Authorized school staff can receive alerts when configured safety categories or flagged keywords identify potentially concerning activity.
Usage Analytics & Reporting
Administrators and educators can review summarized device usage, including browsing trends, domain activity, and screen time insights.
Classroom Screen Monitoring
During active classroom sessions, teachers can view student screens to help maintain focus and provide support.
Assessment & Exam Lockdown Mode
Teachers can enable a restricted browsing mode during online assessments that limits access to approved websites only.

Schools can send messages, reminders, and alerts directly to managed devices in real time.
Acceptable Use Policy Acknowledgment
Students can review and acknowledge district device agreements or acceptable-use policies directly from their Chromebook.
Device Assignment & Soft-Lock
Chromebooks can be assigned to specific students. Unauthorized users may be restricted from using assigned devices unless approved by administrators.
Device Health Monitoring
The extension reports hardware health information including storage, memory, battery status, display, camera, and microphone functionality so IT teams can proactively identify issues.
Self-Service Device Refresh
A guided on-device wizard helps students perform refresh and diagnostic steps, reducing support tickets and IT workload.
Loaner Device Management
Schools can track loaner assignments and display return reminders directly to students.
Lost & Stolen Device Recovery
Administrators can place lost or stolen devices into recovery mode, including a locked kiosk experience and public return page. When authorized by school staff, recovery tools may include device location and screen capture features to assist retrieval.
