Twitfrens is a chrome extension for Twitter to help users find mutual followers with anyone. It's a tool that will help you find if you have a connection with any account on Twitter.
Mutual followers with an account are people that follow you and are followed by the account. Example: Account 1 has 1K followers and 500 followingd. Twitfrens will tell you among the 500 following, which accounts are following you as well.
It tells the user the first degree connection with any Twitter account.
