Adds pronouns.alejo.io pronouns next to users' names in the 7TV Twitch Chat.

Set your pronouns on https://pronouns.alejo.io/ .

Is compatible with and *requires* 7TV.
Uses pronouns.alejo.io API and inspired by its Twitch Chat pronouns extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/twitch-chat-pronouns/agnfbjmjkdncblnkpkgoefbpogemfcii

* Update Version number to 1.0.2.
* Re-add chat message observer when the chat is recreated. This should fix pronouns from disappearing when using the Twitch sidebar to switch channels.
