1. Open TopicBox from the Chrome side panel while in Gmail
2. Select a date range and hit classify
3. AI reads your emails and assigns each one to a topic like Career, Finance, Health, Relationships, and more
4. Browse, filter, and pick the best questions for your next episode or project
