Toots & Trots is a food scoring tool for people living with a J-pouch (ileal pouch-anal anastomosis) or similar bowel conditions. The GASP score rates every product across four axes — Gas, Agitation, Stool-loosening, and Particle load — so you can see at a glance which foods are likely to be gentle and which ones might cause trouble.

**How it works**

1. Browse any supported supermarket on a product page or your trolley/cart.
2. Click the Toots & Trots icon in your toolbar.
3. The extension reads the ingredient list from the page and sends it to tootsandtrots.co.nz.
4. A new tab opens with the GASP score — instantly.

No typing, no searching, no copying ingredients. Just click.

**Privacy**
