Thought-Bot AI is built by a tradesperson for tradespeople.
Use the Chrome extension to streamline your entire service-job workflow: build polished quotes, estimate materials and labor, generate documents, schedule jobs, and handle client communications—all inside your browser.

At the heart of the extension is Instruct (your AI project & quote assistant) and a built-in Schedule to keep your days organized.

Quote Builder (Instruct): Input project details and generate a complete quote with material quantities, labor ranges, markups, and totals—ready to export as PDF or copy into other tools.

Materials & Cost Estimator: Automatically build itemized materials lists, labor estimates, and profit margins. Adjust on the fly without digging through spreadsheets.

One-Click Document Generation: Create proposals, quotes, invoices, contracts, and summaries using templates tailored for trades (painting, drywall, doors/windows, decking, remodeling, etc.).

Documents & Communication

Proofread Tool: Highlight text anywhere on a page to correct grammar, tighten wording, or change tone (casual, professional, work, family). Choose Replace to swap text in place or Replace & Copy to review before pasting.

Reply Tool: Select a client message, pick response mode (standard for detailed replies, basic for short responses), choose tone, and let Thought-Bot write a tailored answer without leaving the page.

Use the context menu to extract page content for context-aware chats or quoting.

Double-Click Extraction: Double-click the Thought-Bot icon to pull in the full page for analysis—great for scanning scopes of work, product pages, or long emails.

Sidebar / Chat Panel: Open the chat panel to ask questions, get step-by-step help, or refine quotes and documents with AI.

Dashboard & Profile Integration

Business Profile: Configure your business name, address, taxes, and other details so every quote and document auto-fills with the right info.

Global Settings: Adjust proofread tone, response preferences, and other behaviors in one place.

Tokens & Subscription: See your current token balance, plan, and usage directly from the Dashboard or Profile.

Install & Sign In
Add the extension, then log in with your Thought-Bot AI account.

Launch Tools Anywhere

Right-Click: Open Instruct, Dashboard, or other tools from the context menu.

Highlight Text: Use Proofread or Reply to clean up text or respond to clients.

Toolbar Icon / Sidebar: Open the main panel to run Instruct or chat directly.

Build Quotes & Documents
Run a project through Instruct to generate materials, pricing, and final quotes. Review, tweak, and export as needed.

Schedule Your Work
Add project dates/times to the built-in Schedule so you always know what’s booked and when, right next to your quoting tools.

Manage Tokens & Plans
