Overview
Text Extractor lets you grab text from any webpage by clicking it. Turn on extraction, then click the elements you care about, addresses, names, prices, notes, links, and they’re added to a single list, one line per click. Use the keyboard (Tab or arrow keys) to move focus and capture the focused element’s text. Switch tabs in the same window and keep capturing; everything goes into one list. When you’re done, export to TXT, CSV, or Excel with one click.
What it does
- Stop copy‑pasting one by one — Click or move focus and capture; no repeated select‑copy‑paste.
- Works on any site — Directories, tables, dashboards, articles, search results. If you can click it, you can extract it.
- One list across tabs — Capture from multiple pages in the same window into a single list, then export once.
- Safe to use on links and buttons — While extracting, clicks only capture text; they don’t follow links or submit forms.
- No account, no uploads — Everything stays in your browser until you export a file to your computer.
Who it’s for
- Anyone who regularly pulls text from the web into a list or spreadsheet: researchers, admins, sales, ops, content teams, or anyone building lists of contacts, addresses, products, or quotes. If you need to turn web content into a clean, exportable list, Text Extractor does that in a few clicks.
