A Chrome extension to reduce browser memory usage by manually suspending selected tabs and tab groups.

## Required Permissions
This extension requires the following permissions to function:
* `tabs`: Necessary for getting and manipulating tab information (suspending).
* `tabGroups`: Necessary for getting tab group information.
