Overview
Too many tabs?
This extension automatically groups tabs from the same website together, so you can find what you need faster and keep your tab bar under control.
Example: If you have three tabs open on google.com, they’ll be placed in a tab group labeled “google.com”.
How it helps
• Reduce tab clutter by keeping each site in one place
• Stay organized automatically while you browse
• Keep groups accurate as tabs change and move between sites
Features
Automatic grouping
• Tabs are grouped automatically as you browse — no action required
Configurable grouping
• Choose exact hostname grouping (www.google.com
separate from docs.google.com)
• Or base domain grouping (all *.google.com together)
Smart cleanup
• Groups are only created when you have 2+ tabs from the same domain
• If a group drops to one tab, it’s automatically ungrouped
Navigation aware
• If you navigate a tab to a different domain, it moves to the appropriate group
Per-window behavior
• Each browser window manages its own groups independently
Custom names (that persist)
• Rename any group and the custom name persists
• Even if the group is dissolved and recreated later
Respect for manual groups
• Create your own tab groups manually — the extension won’t touch them
Ignored pages
The extension ignores browser-internal pages, including:
• chrome:// and brave:// pages
• about: pages
• chrome-extension:// pages
• file:// URLs
Privacy
Grouping happens in your browser. No need to upload your browsing data anywhere.
