► Core features
• Instant Duplicate Detection – automatically finds identical pages and offers a clear in-page prompt to Switch & Close, Keep Tab, or Go Back.
• Smart "Keep Tab" memory – once you choose to keep a tab, you won't be re-prompted for the same page. Gmail multi-account aware (mail.google.com/mail/u/0/, /u/1/, etc. are tracked per account).
• Group by Domain – organize open tabs by website for easier visibility, with per-domain "Save & close all" and "Close all" actions to clear or archive a whole site in one click.
• One-Click "Save for Later" & Reopen – park tabs you don't need right now and bring them back anytime.
• Import & Export Tab Lists – back up or share your open and saved tabs as convenient HTML files.
• Bulk Tab Actions – save all open tabs, close all duplicates, reopen all saved tabs, and delete all saved tabs with ease.
• Statistics – view counts of duplicates identified and closed, stored locally in your browser (no telemetry, no analytics).
• Fullscreen View – open the extension in a dedicated new tab for a focused, distraction-free management experience.
• Live Counter Badge – see at a glance how many duplicates you have.
• User-Friendly Interface – includes dark-mode support for a comfortable viewing experience.
► How it works
Tab Options watches tab URLs (never page content) to spot exact duplicates.
When a duplicate appears, you can:
(1) Switch & Close – jump to the original tab and close the duplicate
(2) Keep Tab – keep both open (and don't re-prompt for this page)
(3) Go Back – navigate the duplicate tab back to its previous page
Toggle "Group by Domain" to see your tabs sorted by website, with bulk save/close actions per group.
Saved-tab lists are stored locally in Chrome sync storage so they follow you to any device where you sign in.
► Privacy & data handling
• No personal data, browsing history, or form inputs ever leave your browser.
• All settings and saved-tab lists are stored only in Chrome's local/sync storage.
• The extension is open source and does not sell, share, or use data for advertising or analytics.
