Tab Group Title Prefix

Overview
Prefix tab titles with their tab group name (or any unique character to key off of).
Intended for window manager integration on Linux (i3, sway, Wayfire, etc.) so that window rules can place your Chrome windows where you like them (e.g. a specific workspace, geometry, etc) based on which tab groups the window contains.
