Overview

StopGambling is a Chrome extension designed to help you avoid online gambling and betting content. Whether you're trying to quit gambling or simply stay focused, StopGambling helps you stay in control while browsing the web.

Main Features:
• Block Gambling Sites – Automatically blocks access to known gambling and betting websites.
• Warning Banners – Displays gentle warnings on pages containing gambling-related keywords, helping you stay aware of risky content.
• Trusted Email Verification – Add a trusted contact who will be notified when you attempt to disable protections (optional).
• Customizable Preferences – Easily enable or disable blocking and warning features from the popup or settings page.
• Seamless Syncing – Changes made in the popup or settings page are instantly reflected across both.

How It Works:
StopGambling uses a local database of gambling domains and keywords to detect and block harmful pages before they load. It does not collect or share any personal browsing data — all detection happens on your device.
