Star Trek Voyager theme! If you're a fan of Voyager, install it!

New frame and toolbar images! Also, new background. This update is to better match the ST:TOS theme! I hope you guys enjoy!
As with the Original Series theme, I do not own the background image, I did not create it. I'm just a fan of the franchise and I wanted to create a theme for the various series.
