Setup requires:
1. Trello API key (get from Power-Up Admin Portal—only takes a minute)
2. Read-only access token (provided after you get API key)
3. Board ID (add .json to the end of your board URL to get the id)

Your credentials are stored locally and are never shared with third parties.
