Typing with the wrong keyboard selected?
Problem solved, and no mouse needed - just select the gibberish text, copy it (Ctrl+C), then tap Ctrl+Shift+V key. Paste the gibberish in the popup window, we'll fix it so you can paste the fixed text and keep on typing without slowing down.

This is the no-permissions-required version of Shift extension, which will work on your work profile, as well as in Google Docs and other Google Suite applications.

So, in short:
[Ctrl] + [C] (copy the gibberish - keep it selected)
[Ctrl] + [Shift] + [V] (activate Shift! popup)
[Ctrl] + [V] (give us the gibberish; popup closes itself)
[Ctrl] + [V] (replaces selected gibberish with fixed text)

For example:
You were typing סבבה, but you see it came out xccv. Copy it, hit Ctrl+Shift+V, paste in the popup, then paste where you were working and now it's סבבה !

Note - special usage instructions for *Google Docs, Google Sheets* if using this extension without additional solution for Windows: select *and copy* the gibberish text (it stays a light blue), click next to Help menu item (text selection turns gray), hit shift, and then you can paste the fixed text.
