S.H.I.E.L.D. theme
1920x1080 is the default resolution but it should fit other resolutions.
The 'start menu' stuff isn't part of the theme it's just there to fill the space to meet th 1280x800 requirements for the screenshot, the theme was just 1280x720 (scaled down from 1920x1080) including the a 40px of start menu.
