SessionBridge lets you move any AI conversation from one assistant to another in a single click — no copying, no pasting, no lost context.

Open a conversation on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, click the floating SessionBridge button, and choose your destination. Your full conversation history arrives instantly in the new tab, ready to continue exactly where you left off.

• Transfer conversations between ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
• Works directly inside each AI page — no extra windows or menus

── HOW TO USE ──
1. Open a conversation on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
2. Look for the SessionBridge button (→) on the right side of the page
3. Tap the destination AI you want to continue with
4. That's it — your conversation opens in a new tab, already primed

── PRIVACY ──
SessionBridge never stores your conversation content on any server. Transfers are processed in real time and immediately discarded. An anonymous local ID is generated on your device to manage free usage limits. No account, email, or sign-in required.

── PERMISSIONS ──
• storage — save your transfer history and preferences locally
• tabs / activeTab — detect which AI page you're on and open the destination tab
• sidePanel — display the SessionBridge panel in the Chrome sidebar
• Access to chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com — inject the transfer button and read the current conversation
