Make any recipe fit your health and nutrition goals in 1 click.
Getting setup is simple, just:
1. Choose your preferred dietary type such as Vegan, Mediterranean, Low-Carb, etc ("No specific diet" is fine as well)
2. Add any ingredient swaps you always want to use (e.g. white pasta for chickpea pasta)
3. Specify any target macro goals you have for each serving
4. Done!
Now just navigate to any recipe page and click the Sage icon. We'll extract the current nutrition info, generate recommended changes (not just to ingredients, but to the instructions themselves! We all know that some "healthy" swaps cook differently than the original, but your food shouldn't suffer because of it), and return the full recipe (ingredient list, instructions, and all) with your specific optimizations made. These are saved to your profile and can be easily shared via a public URL (with no identifying information about you included) if you want to pass along to friends or family.
