* Smart detection: uses on-page timestamp when present; falls back to a secure content hash.
* Thoughtful notifications: click to open the page; toggle in Options.
* Set-and-forget: choose 1h, 6h, 12h, or 24h intervals via Options.
* Minimal permissions & privacy-friendly: only rutherston.com and local storage.

Getting started:
1) Install the extension.
2) Open Options to pick an interval and allow notifications.
3) Receive alerts when Rutherston updates.
