ReviewReply AI adds a one-click "AI Reply" button directly into
Booking.com and Google Reviews pages. Select a tone, choose a
language, and get a polished, human-sounding response you can insert
straight into the reply box — or copy and paste anywhere.
Built for hotel owners, hostel managers, Airbnb hosts, and anyone who
manages guest reviews across multiple platforms.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the extension and add your own API key (Anthropic or OpenAI).
2. Open Booking.com or Google Reviews where your property's reviews appear.
3. Click the "AI Reply" button that appears next to each review.
4. Click "Insert" to drop the response straight into the platform's
native reply box — or use "Copy" if you want to edit it first.
That is it. No accounts to create, no subscriptions, no data collection.

KEY FEATURES
- One-click reply generation: An "AI Reply" button is injected next to

issues. The button opens the reply form automatically if it is not
already open.

works across 13+ languages including English, German, Slovenian,

Portuguese, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, and Turkish.
- Manual language override: Force replies in a specific language
regardless of the review language. Useful when your brand always
responds in one language.
- Custom sign-off: Set a default closing line (e.g., "Best regards,
The Grand Hotel Team") that is appended to every reply.
- Smart context extraction: The extension automatically detects the
reviewer's name, rating score, star scale, and your property name from
the page — no manual input needed. Google's 5-star and Booking's
10-point scales are handled correctly.
- Works on both public pages and owner dashboards: Whether you are
browsing your public Booking.com listing, managing reviews in the
Extranet, or answering reviews on Google Business Profile, the AI
Reply button appears.
- Copy and regenerate: Each generated reply includes Insert, Copy, and
Regenerate buttons. Not happy with the first draft? Click Regenerate
for a new version.
- Reply history: The extension popup shows your recent replies,
organized by platform and reviewer. Click any past reply to copy it
again.
- Usage tracking: A built-in counter shows how many replies you have
generated this month.
- Dark mode support: The response panel adapts to dark mode on
platforms that use it (e.g., Booking.com Extranet).
- SPA-compatible: Uses a MutationObserver plus a safety-net re-scan to
detect dynamically loaded reviews on single-page applications. The AI
Reply button survives page re-renders after you post a reply, so you
do not have to refresh to keep working.
AI PROVIDERS
ReviewReply AI supports two AI providers. You bring your own API key —
the extension never stores or transmits your key anywhere except
directly to the AI provider you choose.
Anthropic (Claude):
- Claude Sonnet 4 (recommended for quality)
- Claude Haiku (faster, lower cost)
OpenAI (GPT):
- GPT-4o (best quality)
- GPT-4o Mini (faster, lower cost)
Typical cost per reply: less than $0.01 with Claude Haiku or GPT-4o Mini.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
- No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking.
- Your API key is stored locally in your browser using
chrome.storage.local. It is never sent to any server other than the AI
provider you selected.
- The extension makes zero network requests except to the AI API
endpoint you configured (api.anthropic.com or api.openai.com).
- No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party scripts.
- Permissions are minimal: storage (to save your settings) plus host
permissions for Booking.com, Google review surfaces, and the AI API
endpoint you select.
- Open and inspectable: all code runs client-side with no obfuscation.

REVIEW RESPONSE QUALITY
The AI is prompted with hospitality-specific guidelines:
- For positive reviews: Express genuine gratitude, highlight what the
guest mentioned, invite them back.
- For negative reviews: Acknowledge the issue, apologize sincerely,
mention a specific improvement or action taken.
- Responses are 2-4 sentences for positive reviews, 3-5 for negative ones.
- Uses the reviewer's name when available — never generic phrases like
"Dear valued guest."
- Designed to sound human, not AI-generated.
GETTING STARTED
1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click the ReviewReply AI icon in your toolbar.
3. Select your AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI).
4. Paste your API key.
5. Choose your preferred tone and language.
6. Navigate to Booking.com or Google Reviews and start replying.
Need an API key? Get one from console.anthropic.com (Anthropic) or
platform.openai.com (OpenAI). Both offer pay-as-you-go pricing with no
monthly minimums.
COST
The extension itself is completely free. You only pay for the AI API
calls you make, directly to your chosen provider. Most replies cost a
fraction of a cent.
