Open any Groupon deal page and Revelio shows a clear verdict (Worth buying, Buy with caution, or Not worth it), backed by real data, not the headline marketing.
What it checks:

Real discount: parses the actual strike-through price on each option and flags whether the advertised "% off" is genuine or exaggerated.
Like-for-like price: compares the deal against similar same-city deals, and is careful not to compare across different scopes (a 3-attraction pass isn't "the same" as a 5-attraction one).
Cross-platform ratings: pulls the merchant's Google and Yelp ratings and flags when they disagree with the Groupon score, or when a national chain's reviews vary by location.
Direct booking: checks whether booking the merchant directly (or via an official reseller) beats the Groupon price.
