We’ve sent the extension to multiple users who have installed and used it to generate automatic subtitles, so we have not been able to reproduce your issue. We are not trying to mislead customers, as you suggested in your previous response.

- To test the extension, you need to activate it using a valid email address, navigate to a YouTube video, and click the “Watch with Ray” button. We have tested this process extensively, and it works reliably.
