Rate a paper on arxiv.org on Doublind. The vision of Doublind is to democratize peer review by providing a platform for anyone to rate and review any research paper.
Navigate to an arxiv.org abstract page and click the "Rate Me" button. You'll be taken to the https://doublind.com to submit your rating for the paper. You'll need to create an account before you can rate, and your profile page tracks all your paper ratings, so that you can easily reference them in the future.
