Pin the extension and click on the heart whenever you feel like it.
Tons of different types of compliments and categories of compliments as well. If you want you can even put in your name and it will give you custom compliments for example: "Suzy, Your energy lights up every room."
So whenever you are feeling upset or just want a compliment to start your day just click on the little heart.
