Overview
Twitter uses cashtags (e.g., '$GOOG') in tweets to reference stocks, but there's no easy way to get current information about the stock from a cashtag. This extension modifies the twitter page so that when you hover over a cashtag a tool-tip appears with a link to the Yahoo! finance page for the stock.
The extension makes it much easier to get additional context about a stock that a tweet is discussing.
