Overview
QuickAction Bridge connects the QuickAction voice-to-CRM app (quickaction.io) with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT.
When a nonprofit gift officer records a voice note in QuickAction, AI extracts structured action fields — constituent name, category, type, date, time, summary, and notes. This extension automatically fills those fields into the RE NXT Add Action form, eliminating manual data entry.
How it works:
1. Record a donor visit note in QuickAction
2. AI extracts all CRM fields automatically
3. Open the Add Action form in RE NXT
4. Tap "Auto-Enter" — the extension fills every field instantly
5. Review and save
Supports Meeting, Phone Call, Email, Mail, and Task categories with 20+ visit types. Works with the existing RE NXT interface — no API keys or IT setup required.
