ProfileFitCheck is an AI-assisted Chrome extension that scores LinkedIn candidate profiles against your custom role ICP criteria; directly in a side panel as you browse.

Built for recruiters who care about quality of hire, not just throughput.

What it does:

1. Score any LinkedIn profile against your defined ICP in seconds

2. Get a structured breakdown across key dimensions (seniority, domain fit, market segment, culture fit)

3. See strengths, gaps, and red flags surfaced automatically

4. Analyse companies in a candidate's background for ICP relevance and company type (B2B, B2C, PLG etc.)

5. Save notes per candidate, view scoring history, and share snapshots

How it works:

1. Define your role ICP and target company type in Settings

2. Navigate to any LinkedIn profile — the extension automatically detects the candidate and extracts their companies

3. Click "Score Full Profile" to get a 0–100 score, tier (Strong / Potential / Weak), ICP dimension breakdown, and actionable recommendation

4. Click "Analyse Companies" to assess each employer in the candidate's background against your ICP

Requirements:

- A free Google Gemini API key (get yours in under 2 minutes at aistudio.google.com; no credit card needed, 1,500 requests/day free)

Privacy:

- Your API key is stored locally on your device only
- No data is sent to any server other than Google's Gemini API
- No candidate data is stored or logged
