Privacy Shield – Terms Br

Overview
Most people never read privacy policies. They're designed that way — long, boring, full of legal jargon that hides the parts companies don't want you to notice.
I built Privacy Shield because I got tired of finding out after the fact that a site I signed up for had sold my data, was involved in a breach, or buried a clause saying I couldn't sue them.
When you land on a login or sign-up page, Privacy Shield quietly reads the privacy policy for you and shows what actually matters:
- Privacy Score — every site gets a 1-10 rating based on what they collect and how they treat your data
- Data Collected — exactly what the site gathers about you
- What they do with it — ads, data selling, third-party sharing, AI training
- Legal Traps — dangerous clauses buried in T&Cs that most people never read: mandatory arbitration, class-action bans, auto-renewal traps, right-to-sue waivers
- Breach History — whether this site has ever leaked user data, powered by Have I Been Pwned
89 major websites are already pre-analysed so results appear instantly for those. For everything else it scans the policy live in the background.
SMART ALERTS
Privacy Shield runs daily checks in the background. If a site you visit gets involved in a new data breach, you get a notification immediately — without having to visit the site. If a site quietly updates their privacy policy, you get alerted to that too.
