Privacy Shield For Gorgia

Privacy Shield for Gorgias masks sensitive customer data (emails and phone numbers) directly within the Gorgias helpdesk interface.

How it works:
- Intercepts API responses from Gorgias and masks PII before it renders on screen
- Monitors the DOM for any dynamically loaded customer data and masks it in real-time
- Partially masks emails (e.g., j****n@g****l.com) and phones (e.g., (***) ***-1234) so agents can identify records without seeing full PII
- Hides the "Edit Customer" button to prevent accidental exposure of raw customer data
- Works automatically on all *.gorgias.com pages with zero configuration
