PostureFlow is a custom-built Google Chrome extension designed to combat the negative effects of a sedentary work life. It serves as a gentle, non-intrusive wellness companion that encourages users to take regular breaks for stretching and movement, improving both their physical well-being and focus throughout the day.
The extension was built from the ground up with a specific "glassmorphic" design philosophy, featuring soft, rounded corners, translucent elements, and a cinematic purple color gradient to create a calm and professional user experience.
