How data is handled:

Popouts stores your meeting data locally in your browser so it is immediately accessible and reliable. When you choose to use the automatic action item extraction feature, the meeting note text is securely sent to Popouts servers and trusted AI providers to extract structured action items. This processing occurs only when you explicitly initiate it.

The extracted action items are returned to your browser and saved with your meeting. This allows you to benefit from automated organization while keeping full control of your data.

Popouts does NOT:

• Access your browsing history
• Read website content outside of what you enter into the extension
• Monitor your browsing activity
• Collect unrelated personal data
